A complex nose with gentle notes of vanilla and citrus. Subtle herbal notes of mint and sage, with fruity hints of baked apple, peach, mango, dried apricots, cherries, and almonds. Clean pencil shavings from the oak.
Palate
Sweet and spicy, dry and woody with oak overtones. Fruits like cherries, apples, and tropical fruits dominate, with a peppery and spicy tingle.
Finish
Nicely balanced peppery and spicy tingle, rich, oily, and slightly dry. Medium long with sweet oranges, rich sweet caramel, and dry oak.
