Description

Evan Williams 23 Year Old Kentucky Straight Bourbon is the crown jewel of the Evan Williams lineup, an ultra-aged and extremely limited release from Heaven Hill Distillery. Aged for 23 years in new charred American oak barrels, some of these bottles are considered 'pre-fire' Heaven Hill, distilled before the catastrophic 1996 fire. This high-proof bourbon (53.5% ABV / 107 proof) is known for its deep oak integration, rich caramel, vanilla, and dried fruit notes, balancing robust tannins with sweet complexity. It is primarily available as a gift shop exclusive at the Evan Williams Experience in Louisville, Kentucky, and has also been historically exported to Japan.
