Nose
Malty and rich with notes of ripe apples, banana split and toasted oak, coffee and dark chocolate. Fruity, spritzy, sweet, inviting with apple puree, marzipan, pear, grape, gooseberry, honeydew melon, vanilla crescent, wine gum, and jellied lemon.
Palate
Medium to full bodied with creamy vanilla, citrus and oaky spiciness. Soft n' chewy lemon cake, honey, pastry, pudding, almonds, squashed banana, ripened plums, and vanilla-flavored milkshake.
Finish
Medium long with fizzy ginger and strawberry milkshake, toasted oak and a pinch of soot. Creamy, sweet and a wee bit spicy (fresh ginger and white pepper).
