Fresh and inviting with yellow fruit, apple, pear and a light floral touch. Then vanilla, honey and soft malt come forward, with a hint of citrus and lightly toasted oak in the background.
Palate
Smooth and fruity with apple, peach and soft vanilla on arrival. The ex-bourbon casks bring rounded sweetness, with notes of honey, malty biscuits and light caramel. Bright and approachable throughout, with subtle spice adding just enough tension.
Finish
Medium length and elegant with lingering fruit, vanilla, soft malt and gentle oak spice. Fresh, friendly and very easy to enjoy.
