Description

One of the oldest licensed distilleries in Scotland, Fettercairn was opened in 1825. The malt produced is predominantly used in blends but they also produce their own range of single malts. Fettercairn has a very traditional style and is known for its unique copper cooling ring which drenches the still to deliver only the purest spirit, creating a distinctive tropical house style.

Smooth then warming, oaken, apples, pepper. With water: custard, light strawberry, tinned tropical fruit, apricot, lemon sorbet, apple pie with sugar, pineapple jelly.
