Description

FEW Spirits, founded in 2011 by Paul Hletko, produces award-winning craft whiskey and gin in Evanston, Illinois. This Bourbon is handcrafted through a small-batch process using a three-grain recipe of 70% corn, 20% rye, and 10% malted barley, aged in new charred Minnesota oak barrels.
