Description
An American whiskey distillery established in 2011, FEW Spirits is located in Evanston, Illinois, a city originally founded as a 'dry' community by temperance reformer Frances Elizabeth Willard, whose initials inspired the distillery's name. FEW Spirits makes handcrafted, small-batch spirits in an old 'chop-shop' and is known for its grain-to-glass production. The generous rye content is married with the sweetness of corn for a genteel interpretation of the venerable spirit, patiently aged in air-dried oak barrels.
