Harvest 2019 edition is an annual release of English rye whisky, the first in a new series celebrating Fielden's grain harvest. It highlights the distinct characteristics of heritage grains, specifically diverse populations of rye (73%), wheat, and barley, grown regeneratively on British farmland. The whisky was distilled in 2019 and matured in a combination of American oak (STR and second-fill), Sauternes, and Ramandolo barrels, before being bottled in 2024 at 50% ABV. It is non-chill filtered.

The fruit gives this rye an approachable centre: orchard fruits and apricot on the nose lead into baked red apples and delicate summer fruits on the palate. Pepper and refreshing herbs keep that sweetness in check, while the pastry notes add a softer contrast. The finish brings strawberry ice cream and fresh thyme, though wet cardboard is a less appealing note among the spice. A balanced, fruit-led character with enough rye pepper to keep it from feeling too soft.
