Dark chocolate, dried, fully ripe dark fruits (blackberry, plum), fresh ginger, light caramel. Finally sherry spice, some oak and coffee bean.
Palate
Again the dark chocolate, fruity, but also malty sweetness, clear ginger, slightly burnt caramel. In the end, soft, spicy oak.
Finish
Lively and fruity with sweet smoke. Medium-long, very warming, with much sweetness.
