This is a special release from the Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery, Filey Bay, for Booths 175th Anniversary. It is a single cask whisky from Pedro Ximenez sherry butt #175, distilled in 2016 and bottled in April 2023. It is described as rich and fruity with flavours of honeycomb, chocolate, toffee and dried fruits.
