Filey Bay Double Oak #1 is a special release single malt whisky from the Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery, located in Hunmanby, North Yorkshire, England. It is crafted from 100% homegrown barley and matured in a combination of first-fill ex-bourbon and virgin oak casks. This expression is part of a series of special releases and is known for its distinctive and unusual character, balancing fruity and spicy notes from the virgin oak with vanilla and toffee from the ex-bourbon casks. It is bottled at 46% ABV, non-chill filtered, and was released in 2022 as a limited edition of 2000 bottles.
