Very sweet and tingly with notes of lemon bonbons, soft sweets, cereal, barley sugars, pear drops, apple turnovers, vanilla danishes, peach, apricot, buttered crackers, mint leaf, pineapple, melon, guava, biscuits, yeast, and cinnamon.
Palate
Sweet, vibrant, and creamy with flavors of apple strudel, ginger, cinnamon, peach, soft vanilla, hazelnuts, almonds, marzipan, chocolate chip cookies, maple syrup, honeycomb, walnut, sugary sultanas, fudge, candied orange, floral honey, crisp green apple, fig, brown sugar, drying oak, nutmeg, cardamom, dry wood, lemon, peach ring candies, and tropical fruits.
Finish
Medium length with white chocolate, peppery prickle, citrus zest, oak spices, brown sugar, cardamom, vanilla, peach schnapps, drying oak, tart lemon, clove, peppercorns, and a little vaporous.
