Description

Filey Bay Second Release is the second edition of whisky produced by the Spirit of Yorkshire distillery. It is an English single malt whisky, matured mostly in ex-bourbon casks with the addition of one sherry cask, and was bottled without colouring or chill filtration in a small batch of 6000 bottles. The distillery practices a 'field-to-bottle' approach, growing its own barley and using local water. The whisky is described as light, fruity, and very moreish.
