Filey Bay STR Finish Batch #3 is a Yorkshire Single Malt Whisky from the Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery. It is initially matured in ex-bourbon casks before undergoing a secondary maturation in Shaved, Toasted, and Re-charred (STR) ex-red wine casks, specifically from Rioja vineyards in Spain. This process imparts a beautiful deep color and delicious red fruit flavors to the whisky. It is bottled at 46% ABV and is non-chill filtered.
