Description

Filey Bay Yorkshire Day 2020 is the first 'Special Release' and the first of Spirit of Yorkshire's annual Yorkshire Day releases. It is described as their rarest whisky so far, created by marrying PX (Pedro Ximenez) sherry casks and Bourbon casks, with the marriage taking place in STR casks for a final 'flourish'. Distilled in 2016 and bottled in 2020, this release was originally intended for the distillery's open day in 2020.
