Description

This special release from Filey Bay celebrates Yorkshire Day 2023. It is a single malt whisky crafted by the Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery, located in Hunmanby, North Yorkshire, England. The distillery operates on a 'field to bottle' philosophy, utilizing 100% homegrown barley from their own farm. This limited edition was matured in ex-Madeira and ex-Bourbon casks, bringing notes of honeycomb, gingerbread, citrus, and stoned fruits to its light and creamy spirit style. It is non-chill filtered and bottled at 55% ABV.
