Description
Forty Creek Confederation Oak Reserve is a premium Canadian whisky aged in barrels made from 150-year-old Canadian oak trees harvested near the distillery. These native oak barrels provide a distinctive maturation environment, yielding complex character and deeper spice integration than typical American oak. Master Blender John Hall individually ages corn, rye, and barley whiskies before marrying them for a final aging period in the rare Canadian oak casks. After carefully blending three individually aged grain whiskies, the final spirit is further matured for up to two years in barrels crafted from Canadian oak.
