Found North T8KE-05 (codenamed 'EBITDADDY') is a Season 5 private blend created by Nick Taylor and Jay West (t8ke) for the r/bourbon single barrel program. Composed of 53% rye, 45% corn, and 2% malted barley blending 10 to 20-year-old Canadian whiskies finished in Ruby Port, Oloroso Sherry, Madeira, and Sauternes casks, bottled at cask strength (55.6% ABV / 111.2 proof).
