Nose
Dried spice, pear, cocoa, vanilla & maple syrup. Vanilla and citrus with a slight floral undertone, light brown sugar, dry oak, fruity/floral tobacco, hints of cinnamon and clove. Musty and oaky caramel with vanilla, citrus, apple, and minty wintergreen.
Palate
Hints of ripe plum & cherries. Cherry, brown sugar, orange oil, vanilla cream, mild-moderate tart essence (grapefruit). Honey, apple, vanilla sweetness, oak, cinnamon, and clove. Caramel, cinder toffee, creamy fudge, spicy rye, cherry and cinnamon.
Finish
Smooth & delicately long. Lightly drying orange and lemon, mellowing into vanilla cream, with a pepper note. Caramel and peppery rye with a little oak and some creamed corn.
