Description
A single barrel expression of Four Roses Bourbon using the distillery's OESO recipe. Utilising incredibly high quality grains in their mash along with 5 different yeast types, Four Roses is a versatile bourbon producer that as of writing does not officially export to Australia. The OESO mashbill consists of 75% corn, 20% rye, and 5% malted barley, and the 'O' yeast strain is known for producing rich fruit and vanilla characteristics.
