Description

A Japanese company that operated the Mt. Fuji distillery as part of the Kirin Holdings Group. It was originally created as a subsidiary of Kirin-Seagram in 1972 before taking over as the principal organisation in 2002 following the collapse of Seagram the previous year. The Fuji Gotemba Distillery was established in 1972 or 1973 as a joint venture and is known for producing both malt and grain whiskies.
