Description

This notable addition to the world of Irish whiskey was crafted at the newly rebranded Hawk's Rock Distillery, which was formally known as Lough Gill Distillery. The Lough Gill Distillery is located in the historical Hazelwood Estate in the shadow of Hazelwood House, an 18th century Palladian mansion. Commissioned in 2019, and situated on a peninsula in Lough Gill in Co. Sligo on Ireland's Wild Atlantic Way.
