Description

Girvan distillery, built in 1963 by William Grant & Sons, is a grain whisky distillery located in South Ayrshire, Scotland. The Girvan Patent Still No. 4 Apps is a non-age-statement single grain Scotch whisky, named after the pioneering No. 4 Apps still installed in 1992. This unique still uses vacuum distillation at lower temperatures, resulting in a pure, vibrant, and fruity spirit. It is matured in American oak casks, including a mix of first-fill and refill ex-bourbon barrels. The whisky has received multiple awards, including Silver medals at the International Spirits Challenge and International Wine & Spirit Competition.
