Heather, vanilla, light smoke and coal dust, tropical fruit, pencil shavings, dusty. Aromatic, oak, honey, a touch coastal, gentle herbs 'de Provence'.
Palate
Smooth, oak, vanilla, peppery, glacier cherry, tropical fruit, white chocolate, light honey, lime, toffee. Pastry cream, wood, herbs, thyme, oregano, sweet apples, pears.
Finish
Oak, coal dust, peppery, white chocolate, light sulphur, orange zest, tropical fruit tingle, slightly oily and honey notes. A tad more dry, a tad more coastal, herbs, vanilla and apples.
