Description
In the heart of the Scottish Lowlands, just north of the Dalswinton Estate, lie the forgotten ruins of the former Glencarrick Distillery. Nestled between ancient woodlands and tiny lochans, Glencarrick sat on the edge of the waterfall Carrick's Leap. Although small and long-ago, this distillery was once a full-scale industrious operation in its day. This smoky, fruity single malt is an ode to that illustrious heritage and a nod to the flavour of a historic Lowland Scotch through careful maturation in sherry and ex-Islay whisky casks.
