Description

Quietly producing Scotch whisky in Speyside since 1898, Glen Elgin is a hidden gem. Carefully selected by Murray McDavid and bottled, this fruity single malt spent 18 months in a single Ximénez-Spinola PX Sherry Butt from the Jerez region of Spain. The combination of the fruity malt and the rich sherry wood has created a truly indulgent dram to sit back with, sip and enjoy! The independent bottler Murray McDavid was founded in 1994 by Mark Reynier (CEO of Waterford and Renegade), Simon Coughlin and Gordon Wright (Springbank Distillery).
