Toasted oak and spice sit comfortably with the ripe fruit.
My preference runs to peat, but the dry logs and autumn leaves here still catch my attention. Ripe apples and red berries take the lead, with cinnamon and pepper giving the fruit some bite. The fresh lemon and mineral fizziness on the finish appeal to me too.
