Balanced and complex. Vanilla and citrus notes with mellowed by maturation. A hint of heather honey then appears with time. A suggestion of water releases a surprisingly complex fruit with melon, pears and sweet limes.
Palate
Tasty, juicy and mouthwatering with a smooth, creamy texture. Spices of pear and ginger with lemon and coffee are followed by sweet malt, nutmeg, rum and chocolate.

Sweet and juicy pear with spices to the end.
