This Glen Garioch 2011 11 Year Old is an independent bottling by Adelphi, exclusively for the AD/Venturers Club. Distilled in 2011 and bottled in 2023, it was matured in a single refill American oak ex-Oloroso sherry butt (Cask #2372). This release is limited to 452 bottles and is bottled at a cask strength of 59.4% ABV. It is natural colour and unchillfiltered.

Buttery brioche, red berry sweetness, currants, jammy notes, salted macaroons, crunchy bars, dried apricots, pancake batter, malt kiln floor, milk chocolate, hint of mint, light hay and heather, perfumed floral notes.
Palate
Rich, complex, smooth, sweet and sour purple, yellow and pink fruits, salty, maple syrup, buttery shortbread, milk chocolate, earthy, American pancakes with maple syrup and blueberries, touch of white pepper, fresh buttercream frosting, dried fruits (raisins, sultanas, apricots).
Finish
Quite dry with lingering cake-y-vanilla, relaxed toasted heather, herbal, sweet tea infusion, balsamic dipped buttery crumpet, mint, rich and lovely smooth texture.
