In the heart of Aberdeenshire, Glen Garioch distillery has been producing exceptional single malt since 1797. One of the earliest and smallest producers in Scotland, it remains truly singular, authentic and highly prized. We honour this heritage spirit by maturing it in PX Sherry casks from our friends at Ximénez-Spínola, Jerez, Spain. We evolved this fresh spirit by finishing it for 24 months in these Pedro Ximénez Sherry Casks. This rewarding dram is a testament to the value of working with our wood partners who produce the finest casks in the world. This collaboration is crucial to our success in the Art of Maturation.
