Description

A historic Highland malt distillery established in 1797, Glen Garioch is one of Scotland's oldest operating distilleries. This particular release is a 1968 vintage, 29-year-old single cask bottling from the Official Distillery Archive series, presented at cask strength. The distillery was selected in 1968 to switch to distilling heavily peated whisky to address a shortfall in peated spirit.
