Description

Glen Garioch distillery was founded in 1797 by John Manson, making it amongst the oldest distilleries in Scotland. It is known for its heavy, thick, cereal and spicy notes, which are attributed to its short fermentation period. This 16-year-old expression is the second chapter in The Renaissance series, showcasing the change in the Highland distillery's house style after its reawakening in 1997. It was matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks.
