Gloriously sweet with sour choke cherries, strawberry laces, baked figs, stewed plums, and warm oranges with mulled wine spices. Hints of dried raspberries, lemon sherbet, vanilla, milk chocolate, and gentle wood spices.
Palate
Initial sourness with dried berries, warm oranges, and spices. Develops into a drying, woody bitterness with hazelnuts, green notes, and baking spices. Stewed fruits, leather, tannic oak, and a rich, oily texture with sherried sultanas.
