Nose
Clean, light, and fragrant with bright, acidic fruit notes of lime, crisp pears, tart green apples, and gooseberries, alongside daffodil, almond milk, malt, and a hint of fennel and tarragon.
Palate
Sweet and chewy, with apples, pear salad, a touch of cider vinegar, and a faint bitterness from apple peels. It also presents floral notes, steamed pudding, vanilla, and acidic limes, with a peppery rumble and a minerally quality.
Finish
Medium, gentle, and clean, with lingering fruity, smoky leather notes, and some astringency from barley and minerals.
