Sharp at first, then honeydew melon, banana, kiwi, candle wax, vanilla, honey, cigar box, malty. Apricot yogurt, tinned peach, green apple, and honey.
Palate
Overripe fruits, Red Delicious apple, grapes, melon, ginger, vanilla, and oak. White chocolate chip cookies, hay, cinnamon, lemon peel, pear, and grassy malt with developing oak spice.
Finish
Medium length and surprisingly spicy, with notes of dark chocolate and orange. More berries with water/time, a bit dry at the end, with citrus freshness and a hint of white oak. Rich and smooth.
