Nose
A fresh cut bouquet of sweet flowers such as Gardenia and Sweet Pea, with fruity aromas of Perry, watermelon, and granny smith apples. Delicate and aromatic, with honeysuckle, ripe apricots, vanilla sponge cake, subtle hints of buttered croissants, orange marmalade, and toffee glaze. Soft floral notes and oak polish add elegance.
Palate
Enticingly sweet with eucalyptus, honey, pear drops, Moffat toffee, lime cordial, and strawberry laces. Glazed doughnuts, shortcake, and a cereal-rich depth. Smooth yet vibrant, with golden syrup, peach compote, almond tart, zesty lemon peel, and white grapes. The cask strength lends a warming presence, with touches of nutmeg, clove, and shortbread developing mid-palate.
Finish
A long finish with creamy vanilla. Clean and fresh, short but rewarding with lime zest and candied fruits. Lingering and satisfying, with baked apples, vanilla cream, gentle spice, a whisper of hazelnut praline, and soft oak tannins.
