Rich dried fruit and sweet sherry make a warming, measured impression.

The dried figs and caramelised apples give this a fruit-led pull, while the sweet sherry richness sounds deep rather than simply sugary. The long, warming finish makes that richness feel nicely sustained.

Dried fruit and sherry sound rich, perhaps a little sweet-heavy.
