Description

A Speyside malt distillery that was originally built as a brewery in 1828 before converting to whisky production in 1897. It was an important part of the Macdonald & Muir portfolio in the 20th century. This is a 1973 vintage Glen Moray, bottled at 18 years of age. It is described as a beautifully floral, elegant, and honied expression with soft notes of wax, green fruit, a little spice, and impressive complexity.
