Nose
Crisp green apple skin, rhubarb boiled sweets, buttery shortbread, and subtly herbaceous oak. Also notes of fresh green apple, honey, brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, milk chocolate, cocoa, sweet biscuits, and berry fruits.
Palate
Smooth and creamy with golden syrup, vanilla, butterscotch, stewed apple, raisin, tinned peach, and a pinch of warming wood/baking spices like cinnamon, all-spice, and ginger. Chewy barley, apricot, crushed honey-roasted nuts, and white chocolate.
Finish
Sweet with a decent length, turning spicy and malty. Notes of white chocolate, oak, vanilla, spice, and Werthers-esque caramel. Smooth and well-balanced.
