Nose
Fragrant and pungent with notes of honey, beeswax, jams, aromatic wood, and nuttiness. Hints of candied apple, orange peel, rose water, gentle oak, and spice.
Palate
Full, rich, and sweet with intense fruit notes of orange, apple, lime, and quince jelly. Soft, unctuous, and oily with structured malt and oak tannin, leading to a balanced and poised experience.
Finish
Long and drying with fruit, calvados, winter spice, ginger, and heather-honey sweetness. Mineral notes and a creosoted edge are also present.
