Nose
Intriguing with oily cheese, the powder around bonbon sweets, a hard to place minerality and peaches in a wooden bowl. Also notes of basalt or slate, a hint of diesel, earthy, with moldy walnut, barley and banana.
Palate
More peaches and possibly peach polish with cream developing. Citrus, lychee and some darker fruit emerging. Dusty, chalky, sweet with vanilla, slightly bitter in a fruity way, rich with liquorice and soot.
Finish
Perfumed with a hint of blackcurrant and smoke, with a slight smoky vein throughout. Oak and green fruit, with a gin-like spiritiness and some feinty machine oil.
