Description

The Glen Scotia 21 Year Old is a masterfully matured single malt Scotch from the historic Campbeltown region, one of Scotland's traditional whisky regions. It is an exceptional single malt that delivers the true character of a refined and classic Campbeltown whisky. This 2023 limited release, with 2,500 bottles globally each year, bridges the gap between Glen Scotia's 18-year-old and its 25-year-old expressions. It was matured in a combination of refill bourbon barrels and refill American oak hogsheads, before a six-month finish in first-fill oloroso sherry casks, creating a smooth and aromatic dram. Bottled at 46% ABV with no chill filtration and natural color, it offers a unique balance of maturity and flavor, reflecting the distillery's signature maritime influence and balanced complexity developed over more than two decades.
