Rich and dense. Orange oil, caramel and toffee. Wax. Dense ripe tropical fruit: peach and pineapple; slightly roasted. Pencil box and wooden shavings.
Palate
Good mouthfeel. More wax. Oranges and a good dose of spice. Old lemons. White grapes and some fizz. Creamy vanilla yoghurt. Ryebread with butter.
Finish
Long. White stonefruit and char. Worn wood. Peaches, nectarines and plumbs. A nice drying finish with a coastal tang. Salt and fine ground pepper.
