Nose
Sweet and maritime. Fish-gold in colour from a still high-head, very fresh and clean.
Palate
Sweet and dry peat, big needle, cough syrup. Genuinely fish-gold and salty, with some peat and diesel smoke, bacon with brown sugar. With water: delicious, sweet, smoky, peaty, salty.
Finish
Butter marmalade notes with traces of apple pie.
