Subtle maritime nuances, salty, balanced sweet citric character with a peppery finish and a faintly peaty overtone. Light peat, vanilla, and citrus.
Palate
Medium-full bodied, thick, with lemons sweetened with honey or syrup, yellow plums, apples, red berry fruits, mineralic flint & spearmint, salt caramel, toffee, cask char, and gentle sweet peat smoke. Vanilla and peat.
Finish
Long, open wood-fire, honey and lemon barley sugars with a touch of black pepper. Sweet cream and a hint of campfire.
