This is a Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky from Glen Spey, aged 17 years. It was distilled on 28/03/2007 and bottled on 07/03/2025 by Signatory Vintage as part of their Cask Strength Collection. Matured in a 1st Fill Oloroso Sherry Butt, Cask No. 5, this release is un-chillfiltered and natural colour, bottled at 58.1% alc./vol. This particular bottle is No. 351 of a limited outturn of 660 bottles.
