Description

This unique single malt from Glen Spey Distillery, distilled in 2009, was matured for many years in a refill ex-bourbon hogshead before being finished in a French oak barrique wine cask from Loupac. The nose offers notes of honeydew melon, apple pie, acacia blossom, almond oil, and peppery toasted oak. This Pintail release was selected and bottled by The Whisky Cellar.
