Description

The GlenAllachie 30 Year Old Batch Number Two is the second installment of the distillery's oldest and most prestigious core offering, an annual batch-release limited to 2,000 bottles globally. Master Distiller Billy Walker meticulously selected eight casks from 1990 and 1991 vintages, including Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry hogsheads and puncheons, along with American virgin oak barrels. Bottled at cask strength of 50.8% ABV, it is non-chill filtered and without added color, showcasing a rich, sherry-matured elegance.
