The GlenAllachie 10 Year Old Cask Strength Batch 8 is a Speyside single malt whisky, meticulously curated by Master Blender Billy Walker. This release is a harmonious blend of whisky sourced from Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso Sherry puncheons, along with a small quantity of Virgin Oak and Rioja casks. Bottled at its natural cask strength of 57.2% ABV, it is presented without chill-filtration and with its natural color. The distillery, founded in 1967, was acquired by Billy Walker's group in 2017, leading to a focus on single malt expressions.
