Description

To craft the luxurious Glenallachie 35 Years Old Cask Strength 1990, Master Distiller Billy Walker carefully selected four exceptional cask types: Mizunara virgin oak, American virgin oak, Oloroso sherry, and Pedro Ximénez sherry. Mizunara is a prized Japanese wood, renowned for its scarcity and challenging craftsmanship. Its rare use in this antique single malt has imparted an unparalleled depth. The whisky is bottled at cask strength, non-chill filtered, and with natural color. The presentation includes a bespoke wooden case inspired by the traditional Japanese woodworking art of Kumiko.
